1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at parperfectautodetailing.com, booking a service, or engaging with Par Perfect Auto Detailing in any capacity, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is entered into between you and Par Perfect Auto Detailing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a mobile auto detailing business operating in Scottsdale, AZ.

If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must not use our website or services. Booking a service — whether online through our website, by phone, or by text message — constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

Par Perfect Auto Detailing provides professional mobile auto detailing services including but not limited to:

• Exterior Detail — hand wash, wheel/tire cleaning, window clean, wax or sealant finish
• Interior Detail — vacuum, shampoo, leather/upholstery clean, dashboard detail, window clean
• Full Detail — complete interior and exterior service
• Add-On Services — exterior wax, stain removal, pet hair removal, and others as listed

All services are performed at the customer's requested location within our service area (Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Phoenix metro area, AZ). Service availability is subject to team schedule and geographic coverage.

• Pricing listed on our website is a starting price and may vary based on vehicle size, type, and condition
• Final pricing will be confirmed at or before the time of booking
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing if vehicle condition differs materially from what was described at booking
• Add-on services must be requested at the time of booking or by contacting us prior to the appointment

3. Booking & Appointments

• All appointments must be scheduled in advance — we do not accept walk-ins
• Bookings can be made online via our Calendly scheduling system or by calling/texting (602) 541-0158
• You will receive a confirmation of your appointment via email or text
• You are responsible for ensuring vehicle access at the scheduled time and location
• Please remove all valuables from your vehicle before the appointment — we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle
• Appointments are subject to availability and may be rescheduled due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Customer Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid any cancellation fee
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service price
• No-Shows: Failure to be present or provide vehicle access at the scheduled time and location constitutes a no-show and may result in a fee equal to the full service price
• Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances, with as much advance notice as possible at no charge to you
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Par Perfect Auto Detailing takes exceptional care in performing all services. However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, scratches, chips, faded paint, worn materials, or defects not caused by our services
• We are not responsible for any items left in the vehicle during service
• Results may vary depending on vehicle age, paint condition, material type, and level of soiling — we do not guarantee specific aesthetic outcomes beyond our standard service descriptions
• We are not liable for damage caused by faulty or deteriorated vehicle components (e.g., weather stripping, trim pieces, antennas) that may be disturbed during normal detailing procedures

6. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as specified at booking
• Prices are subject to change without notice — the price at time of booking will be honored
• Returned payments or chargebacks may result in additional fees and suspension of service

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on parperfectautodetailing.com — including but not limited to text, logos, photographs, graphics, videos, service descriptions, and the overall website design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Par Perfect Auto Detailing and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission
• The Par Perfect Auto Detailing name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary marks of the Company
• Before-and-after photos and videos of our work may not be used for commercial purposes without written consent
• Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action

8. Customer Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who:

• Is abusive, threatening, or disrespectful to our team members
• Provides false or misleading information at the time of booking
• Fails to pay for services rendered
• Repeatedly cancels or fails to show for scheduled appointments
• Violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service to any customer at our sole discretion. In the event of termination by us without cause, any amounts paid for unperformed services will be refunded. In the event of termination due to customer misconduct or violation of these terms, no refund will be issued.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Notification of Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised
• For material changes, we may notify customers via email or a prominent notice on our website
• Continued use of our services following any posted changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes
• It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it will be severed from these terms. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
